The DRD350 frozen meat dicer can be widely used in quick-frozen food industry.
Technical Highlight:
Based on the design concept of modularization, DRD350 Frozen Meat Dicer consists of eight modules----Knife module, Drive module, Power module, Electric control module, Feed module, Discharge module, Frame module and Protection module.
Each module unit could be operated for large scale production separately. The machine could be set up through assembling each module structures. Batch modularization production makes it possible for division of labor, cooperation which reduces the production cost greatly. Meanwhile, interchangeable parts ensure the assembly accuracy of the equipment, and then ensures the good cutting performance and stable operation with low noise as well. It also investigates troubleshooting, which greatly reduces the difficulty for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
The technical highlights of modularization production are as followings:
Knife module:
Separate knife module makes perfect cutting angle, and works with optimized design of propeller blade angle, all this ensure the regularity and efficiency of cubes.
The feed and discharge port adopts full austenitic stainless steel, the stainless steel and the outlook design of thickness adjustment device take full consideration of ergonomics, which makes it aesthetic and easy to operate.
All of these three parts follow the simple and compact design concept, which greatly reduces the space occupied by the equipment.
Cutting Principle:
The infinitely adjustable slicing knife first cuts the product in slices.
Next, the circular knives cut the slices into strips. Finally, the crosscut knife spindle cuts neat dices to the desired height.
